Corrosion is a major threat to the oil and gas, petrochemical Corrosion monitoring is a method of assessing and monitoring the corrosion of equipment components, structures, process units, and facilities.

There are numerous corrosion monitoring approaches available. The main components of industrial corrosion monitoring systems are corrosion coupons, ER, and LPR. These corrosion monitoring methods have been applied successfully.

Installation Supervision

SPS supervises installations

furthermore System Commissioning and Start up for all equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications and international standards as well. On the part of commissioning and startup of CP systems they should performed based on Approved drawings, Approved Materials specifications, and submittals in accordance with health and safety procedures. Furthermore, all reports are based on the required acceptance criteria of the client’s standard.

Training

After the system was fully commissioned and already tested and approved by the client.

SPS demonstrates and train personnel to operate and program the equipment. We also instruct users on performance of any daily and/or periodic routine maintenance required by the manufacturer.

Consultation

Prior to installation Supervision

SPS provides technical advice on site requirements, on meeting manufacturers’ installation requirements, and on solving any unusual or site-specific problems which might exist.

Scheduled Preventive Maintenance

SPS offers Preventive Maintenance contracts on a variety of equipment

We perform periodic maintenance including inspection, adjustments, calibrations, and parts replacement as required. All preventive maintenance is scheduled to conform to the customers’ schedules to minimize interference with operations. Your equipment is kept in top operating condition. We respond promptly to diagnose any problems between scheduled calls and emergency calls to determine the cause of the problem.
