Transformer Rectifiers (Air Cooled / Oil Cooled)

The most basic type of cooling system is an oil-cooled transformer rectifier, which uses the oil’s natural convection flow to lessen the temperature differential between the transformer and the surrounding air.

An automatic controlled transformer known as an air-cooled transformer rectifier provides the DC power needed for impressive current cathodic protection. Because of its lightweight design and compact structure, it is perfect for smaller installations in cleaner settings.

Transformer Rectifiers (Air Cooled / Oil Cooled):

  • Input: 220-240 V ac/ 380 V ac, Or Dual Input.
  • Output: To suit application, please request DC Voltage and Amperage as required.
  • Cooling: ONAN (oil immersed, natural convection air cooled).
  • Control: Manual Thyristor Control, VARIAC Control & Automatic Control.
  • Enclosure: The oil tank is constructed from 2 or 3mm (depending on size) thick mild steel sheet. The oil tank is formed into shape and will be fully on outside seams. Moreover, it can be Manufactured as Carbon Steel Coated, Stainless Steel.
  • Optional: Remote Monitoring Systems, Software interface, GPS timer interrupter, RS485 Telemetry, auto potential control, Removable sunshade, and More features are available on request
